Order Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours after payment confirmation.

Warehouse business hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST (excluding national holidays).

All efforts are made to minimize shipment delays.
Transit Times

Domestic: Up to 10 business days, depending on location and carrier.

International: Typically up to 21 days, but may vary by destination and carrier.

UPS: 3-5 days

USPS: 7-21 days (some destinations may take longer).
Order Modifications

Orders cannot be modified once paid and processed.

If you haven't received a tracking number, contact Customer Support immediately.

Requests to exchange or add items in the order notes will not be accepted.
Missing Items

If an item is missing, contact Customer Support immediately with your packing slip and received items.
Delivery Issues

International Shipping

DynaVap ships internationally, with some country restrictions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import laws.
