DynaVap ensures 100% discreet shipping.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours after payment confirmation.

  • Warehouse business hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST (excluding national holidays).

  • All efforts are made to minimize shipment delays.

Transit Times

  • Domestic: Up to 10 business days, depending on location and carrier.

  • International: Typically up to 21 days, but may vary by destination and carrier.

    • UPS: 3-5 days

    • USPS: 7-21 days (some destinations may take longer).

Order Modifications

  • Orders cannot be modified once paid and processed.

  • If you haven't received a tracking number, contact Customer Support immediately.

  • Requests to exchange or add items in the order notes will not be accepted.

Missing Items

  • If an item is missing, contact Customer Support immediately with your packing slip and received items.

Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe or marked as delivered but not received within 48 hours, contact Customer Support.

International Shipping

  • DynaVap ships internationally, with some country restrictions.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import laws.

Countries We Do Not Ship To:

  • Retail Orders: Russia, Serbia, Brazil, Mexico, India, Turkey, Thailand, Venezuela, Colombia, Hong Kong.

  • Temporary Restrictions: Ukraine, Belarus, Israel

Shipping Carriers

  • Domestic: USPS or UPS.

  • International: UPS or USPS.

  • Freight Forwarding Services: DynaVap is not responsible for issues with third-party freight forwarders. No refunds will be issued.

UPS International Shipments

  • Duties & taxes must be prepaid at checkout.

  • Use the shopping cart for an estimate before checkout.

USPS International Shipments

  • Duties & taxes are not prepaid and must be paid upon delivery.

  • Longer transit times (7-21 days).

  • Package Protection is strongly recommended.

Refused International Orders

  • Orders refused at customs will only be refunded if returned in original condition.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 


 

Package Protection

  • Protect your order for ~3.5% of its value for a fast replacement if lost or damaged.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If marked "delivered" but not received, wait 48 hours before contacting Customer Support.

  • Domestic orders: Allow up to 10 business days.

  • International orders: Allow up to 15 business days.

Damaged Goods

  • Report damage within 7 days of confirmed delivery with photo evidence.

  • Covers: Dents, scratches, broken components

  • Not covered: Packaging damage

What We Do Not Cover

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers.

  • Delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

  • Orders stuck in customs.
